Meeting Minutes
February 17, 2009
Jake called the meeting to order approximately 6:15pm.
Lynne Harris made the following 2 motions which were accepted unanimously.
1) Carry over all 2008 memberships to 2009 without collecting dues.
2) 2008 Officers to continue in their same positions for 2009
Stephanie gave the treasury report.
Jersey inventory – 6 red and 11 white jerseys in various sizes

July 15, 2008
Jake opened the meeting.
Stephanie gave the treasury report.
We purchased 12 new jerseys in the larger sizes and have sold 5 of them.
It was decided to have our Fall Get-Together the first weekend in October. Jake and Stephanie have offered to have it at their home. We will plan 3 rides: 1) a kid friendly ride through the trails of the neighborhood, 2) a ride at TMS, and 3) a longer ride along the area roads. Paul and Lynne will help in developing a route for the long ride.

Meeting Minutes
April 8, 2008
Lynne Harris opened the meeting in Jake’s absence by asking who needed March of Dimes registration forms. Jake had previously dropped off the March of Dimes forms, t-shirts, and meeting place and time information. We had several members sign up to ride; all of whom turned in donations. We will meet at Farrington Field the morning of April 9th with photos being taken at 8:15am.

Jake Sunderbruch opened the meeting welcoming our guests.

Lynne Harris gave the jersey inventory – 7 white and 7 red jerseys in stock; largest size is a Men’s Large
Lynne will check with Chantal Boucher in Canada and see if they purchased extra jerseys that might in the larger sizes.

The meeting started with two motions which were both accepted by members in attendance.
The meeting was opened by welcoming members who rejoined for 2007: Tena Winkle, Larry Brown, and Lynn Farrell.
Treasury Report and Jersey Inventory was provided. We have 8 red jerseys and 11 white jerseys remaining in inventory after the sell of 3 this past month.
Safety Report: Bob Jaegerman provided some safety information to the membership which he obtained from a website www.bicyclesafe.com. He passed out an article on “How to Not Get Hit by Cars”.
